Kekeno Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom cottage situated in Owaka, the ideal place to base yourself to explore The Catlins region. Situated right next to recreational reserve (sports equipment supplied) and a short walk to shops, cafes, hotel, playground and i-site. Large fully fenced yard ideal for the kids and dog. Bikes, balls, fishing gear, toys and games and more supplied. Explore the beautiful Catlins area or just relax on the verandah or around the fire in the comfy couches while watching Freeview TV or a DVD (some supplied).
'Kekeno' is the Maori name for the New Zealand fur seal, which along with sealions can be seen along the Catlins coast.
